Final Assault is where you have to go fight the djinn

Do all the 4 previous quests first.

Galen Trask happens to be standing outside SF in Grenth's Footprint. He is basically standing outside the entrance to SF. Once someone in your party talks to him and gets him to go along, head inside SF. Then talk to Galen inside. You actually get the Fiery Djinn quest from one of the Stone Summit inside, I can't remember the name now.

The stone summit is called Crackwhip or something like that. He stands near the entrance in the large hall, Galen will direct you to him. It's the last quest he gives you, "Fire in the hole".
